I have been at work on reaching my goals for the last 30 years. Throughout the years I have focused on feeling at home in myself and walking the walk of my coaching offer. What I am offering, I have tried, done and pushed through. For this I am extremely proud. I have tried so many different techniques that I can help. The most important thing that I need and want you to know is, I want to help. I find the mind and emotionnal system so interesting and surprising. My conviction is that there is only one person who really knows what is going in you and that is YOU.\u00a0<\/p>\n

I have also learned the hard way that compassion and holding the space for whatever the person in front of me is feeling.\u00a0<\/p>\n

After having heard what truly lives in the emotional system, the way to motivate it, change it, direct it is much easier because there is flow.\u00a0<\/p>\n

What I am offering is a place to rest in, to stop holding it together for a moment. Do not be fooled however, you and only you are responsible for what you choose or not to do. Now you would want to learn what works for you, try different techniques.. I have so many to suggest but I can help with tracking what works.<\/p>\n

Then, you might not believe it but, I find that getting used to succeeding and living with a new way of life without going back is hard but… you guessed it… I can help with that.<\/p>\n

If all goes according to plan, the next step is doing all this over again and again and again in an autonomous way. It is certain that faced with different challenges, at one point, you might get stuck. I can also help with that.<\/p>\n

I am comfortable to chunk session presence up to 2h. You can add 30 minutes at a time for $50 every 30 minutes. I like to allow for a longer session so we can take the time you need, but it is the same cost.<\/p>\n
